Reflecting on God’s glory
This was an awesome morning to take photos!
The Bible verse that came to mind immediately was 2 Corinthians 3:18 -- “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.”
I thought about how peaceful the water had to be to create the mirrored image and how sometimes the seas aren’t calm in real life. How then do I reflect His glory? Peace must come from God regardless of the circumstances. We can have peace in the storms of life, but only when we trust God for everything.
Oh Lord, help me to rely on You in times of troubled waters. I want to be a pure reflection of Your glory!
